Brics was incorporated in August 2015 to work on research and development activities pertaining to natural cleaners, agriculture and health care. The team at Brics has developed natural household care products made of Soap Nut and Shikakai, under the brand name “EcoSwachh 3R” to use as Fabric Wash, Dish Wash, Hand Wash and Surface Cleaner. The focus is on creating value addition to natural ingredients and addressing the issues of excessive foam in synthetic detergents and other synthetic cleaning products, its eco-hazards and in turn helping citizens recycle and reuse the spent water.
Brics is also engaged in service and consultancy in the field of organic farming, kitchen gardening and urban farming practices through workshops and training sessions. They have developed a botanical pesticide “SasyaRakshak” and plant nutrients like organic compost and liquid nutrition to be used for organic farming.
